Let's be honest here, training can be tough BUT it should also be enjoyable. We mix an AI data driver approach using TriDot in combination with our experience, expertise and down to earth approach.

TriDot
We use TriDot as our training application which uses your biometrics and training data and its AI-Powered Training technology to deliver better results with less training and fewer injuries.
Sounds complicated; not really it basically takes into account you as an individual, the environment you train in and, along with your dedicated coach, provides the most optimised training plan for you.

racing
Your training is for your races, our coaches don't just stop with with the training we are there to help with race preparation and race day support.
Whenever we can we will be there on race day to support, motivate and assist you in any way possible, we will be there to cheer you in.

5 not 4
Triathlon is seen as 4 disciplines:
- swim
- bike
- run
- transition
At Trinity we see triathlon as 5 disciplines, the 5th being Nutrition (training and race day). We have experience in this and we have teamed up with TEN who are experts in nutrition.
