Laura is an enthusiastic and very motivating triathlon coach with over 15 years experience in the sport, coaching from novice to elite level triathletes and specialising in para triathlon and junior triathlon coaching. Laura has raced elite pro level herself, gaining expertise in IRONMAN distance triathlons as well as racing and coaching super sprint events.
